In operation since 1972, Chroma Contractors was set out to focus in servicing the commercial construction sector along with the upmarket residential sector. Founded by Mr. Bill Tolikas, it has been for the last 12 years that his son, Milton Tolikas, has taken over the reins employing 10-15 full time painters as well as 3 administrative staff.

Our client base is predominately medium sized commercial builders, developers, educational institutions and body corporates. Further to this we have a select range of private residential and investment clients who we service direct and can offer complete project management services to cater for a myriad of services ranging from the smallest of painting jobs to complete renovation design and construction.

We pride ourselves on the quality of workmanship we offer and believe this has been the cornerstone of our success. Our knowledge of the trade is second to none, yet we are not afraid to admit that we learn something new every day. It is this attitude that keeps us motivated to treat each project as individually as we can and not take anything for granted.

We believe our staff reflect the attitude of the company in working towards successful completion of each and every project. Each staff member plays a pivotal role in the success of the company and undoubtedly it is their skills and knowledge that helps achieve this in a successful team approach.

One of the proudest achievements our company has achieved is the longevity that its employees remain with the company. In an ultra-competitive industry which is also extremely cyclical and where employees tend to move from one employer to another, we are very proud of the fact that many staff members have been employed constantly for very long lengths of time. In fact, amongst our nine longest serving employees, if we were to average it out amongst them, this would work out to over 11 year of service each (the longest of which is and astonishing 35 years!).

As you can see in our gallery, we are not afraid to tackle any type of painting project and are willing to repaint a couple of walls to complete multi-storey structures.
